Erection depends upon a number of external and internal factors. 
Proper blood supply, sufficient oxygen, and proper functioning of bodily systems at a time are some important factors.

Things need to be avoided to get healthy erection:-

1) Avoid Heavy Meals:-

Heavy meals on regular basis are not good for erection.

Usage of such drugs should be limited to prescription. 

4) Avoid stress through Yoga and Meditation:-

Stress leads to the secretion of adrenaline and cortisol hormones.This causes decreased secretion of sex hormones like testosterone.
So, lowering of stress through Yoga and Meditation    would do wonders for sexual  health and functioning.
